Returns Due to Damage or Defect:
We stand by the quality of our scientifically-backed, natural products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and details to Eluaibiolabs@gmail.com We will arrange a return, and upon verification, offer a full refund or replacement.
Returns for Change of Mind (Satisfaction Guarantee):
Due to the intimate nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or allergic reactions, as ingredient lists are fully disclosed.
However, as a customer-centric brand, we offer a limited satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase only. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for store credit, provided the product is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
